At just 8 years old, Anvi has already emerged as one of India’s most exciting young chess prospects and is currently making waves as one of the top-ranked girls in the FIDE Under-9 category in India. Hailing from Maharashtra, Anvi began her chess journey at a very young age and quickly started dominating age-group events.
One of her biggest breakthroughs came at the FIDE World Cadet Rapid and Blitz Championships 2025
Anvi delivered an outstanding performance in the Under-8 Girls Rapid category, scoring 9.5/11 and winning the Silver Medal for India.
