Kiyana Parihar
Kiyana Parihar, a nine-year-old chess prodigy from Udaipur, Rajasthan, has quickly become one of India’s most promising young talents. A student at MDS Senior Secondary School, Kiyana combines remarkable maturity with tactical flair on the board.

National Under-9 Girls Champion (2024–25): In a fiercely competitive field in Pune (December 27, 2024 – January 2, 2025), Kiyana scored an impressive 10 out of 11 points, remaining undefeated, and defeating top rivals through key wins in the final rounds.

International Representation in 2025: Following her national triumph, she earned the honor of representing India at major upcoming events — including the World Youth Chess Championship in Batumi (Georgia), the FIDE World Cadet Rapid & Blitz in Greece, and the Asian Youth Chess Championship in Thailand.

Proven Regional Excellence: Kiyana has also secured five gold medals and one silver at the Asian Youth Chess Championship, underlining her consistency and depth of skill.
